Global Operations Analyst

The Global Operations analyst will act as the focal point for financial and operational analysis in Global Operations to support and drive decisions.

This role will also enable the organization to improve its performance by generating monthly / quarterly performance data, information and analysis.

Location: ADAMA HQ, Airport City

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control cross organizational projects (e.g. Savings, big CAPEX projects, Others)
• Develop systematic analytical methodologies for budget & labor costs monitoring on a quarterly basis
• Implement and maintain GO KPIs on a monthly basis
•  Develop and maintain a monthly/quarterly process to assist GO leadership in managing and measuring strategic and business performance objectives on a routine and consistent basis e.g. Balanced Score Card
• Generate quarterly reports, analysis, and prepare presentations to management
• Provide ad-hoc support to GO management on analysis that drives business decisions
• Support annual work plan and 5 year plan in collaboration with all sites, and GO functions and in collaboration with Corporate units.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics /Business Management / Industrial engineering
• 3-5 years of experience
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management experience, presentation skills with high quality of service
• Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
• Ability to collect, manipulate, analyze, and present data, information and insights in a compelling and engaging style.
• Ability to interact and engage confidently with all levels of the organization
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience in similar industry – advantage
