Global Organization Development Lead

 

ADAMA is one of the world’s leading agriculture crop protection companies and we have a career opportunity for a highly skilled candidate to join our team as Global OD Lead.

This influential and high-impact role reports to ADAMA's Head of People Development and is located in Airport City, Israel.

The Global OD Lead is a member of our global People team and works alongside our People Business Partners around the world to create and embed our culture that empowers our people.  The purpose of this role will help leaders to drive their career paths, to take ownership over their learning and development and to achieve business goals, by offering unique and varied programs, tools, and platforms.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead & implement the creation of global infrastructure and development tools in alignment with our people and organization strategy.
  • Full responsibility for individual professional development plans of ADAMA's Leadership Community and Management.
  • Lead the implementation of employee sensing and engagement surveys, as well as develop action plans for continuous improvement and develop employee retention practices.
  • Conduct needs assessments and plan, develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and leaders.
  • Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
  • Identify best practice solutions and adapt them to ADAMA's unique culture.

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Organizational Psychology/ Organizational behavior

MBA – Preferred

Native English speaker

Proven experience in a similar role/HR Role – is a must

Proven experience from a global company – an advantage. -

Presentation skills, high level project management, and detail-oriented
