ADAMA is looking for a Business Analyst, IDR Divisio to join the team in Israel.

The Business Analyst is responsible to support Pipeline Management processes.

Assisting the integration and synchronization of cross functional teams, managing the business case data base, and generate analysis and reports which provide a comprehensive "snapshot" of the Division's activities.

IDR is the Innovation Development Research and Regulatory Affairs Division at ADAMA.
 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

Construct Strategic business cases for product development projects:

  • Work with cross functional stakeholders and support preparations of financial analysis and business plans
  • Ensure clear presentation of development projects to top management and facilitate pipeline and portfolio decision making
  • Support countries with “best practice” and financial analysis methodologies

Manage the business cases database of IDR (BPME):

  • Maintain a database of projects pipeline management that will enable smooth business operations, IDR budget management ($100m), decision making, communication and reporting, both internally and externally
  • Increase alignment and improve communication between functions and groups, across the corporate

Support managerial decisions by producing reports, insights and presentations for senior management meeting:

  • Provide analysis and reports related Portfolio management and IDR resource allocation
  • Support presentation preparations of management business overview, snapshots of current status, identifying business trends etc.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 0-3 years of experience, preferably in consultancy/industrial companies, FP&A etc.  
  • Conducting financial modelling/ Analytical skills and ability to identify problems and “raise flags"
  • Experience with Monte Carlo simulation modeling – advantage
  • Teamwork and project management experience
  • Global environment and Global perspective – high advantage

 

 Education, Language & Skills:

  • B.Sc. in Finance or Economics from a leading university – must (MA or MBA preferred)
  • Microsoft Office tools – high proficiency, Master of Excel – Must
  • Fluency in English - Ability to hold discussions and correspond in English – Must
  • Strong IT orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – MUST
  • Can do approach, deals well in a high workload environment
  • A “details” person which can see the big picture
  • Proactive and deals well with ambiguity and dynamic environment
