The job in short

The ADAMA Commercial Strategy Team is looking for a Strategic programs and Business analytics manager with strong planning, project management and analytical background who can bring to life the Value Optimized Portfolio and other strategic initiatives to address business challenges.

The position reports to the Head of Global Commercial Strategy within our Global Marketing and Product Strategy Unit, and is located at our Airport City Headquarters near Tel-Aviv, Israel (Hybrid model).


What you will do

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects with a strong emphasis on change management and engaging a variety of stakeholders.
  • Drive portfolio and market analysis to enable solving business challenges, provide clear insights and actionable recommendation to improve our on-going business quality.
  • Manage the portfolio health annual review process and coordinate the decision process and implementation actions. Work closely with global functions, regions, and business units to incorporate inputs from multiple sources and support effective decision-making.
  • Design product segmentations methodologies to address business needs.
  • Orchestrate the annual business case review process and monitor business deviations versus plans to support decision-making at business unit level to close the gaps.
  • Design and lead development of dashboards and tools that provide business performance information and market data overview
  • Manage a team of 1-2 analysts


What you need to bring with you

  • Over 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years as business analyst, FP&A or BI manager.
  • BA / BsC in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering - Must. MBA – Advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills (Excel, power BI must, SQL advantage) with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of driving changes in large, complex, multi-cultural organizations
  • Strong executive presence, experience with senior leadership and ability to deliver executive level summary updates, reports, and presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel from time to time
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – Must. Native level English – preferred.
