Corporate Development and M&A Analyst
ADAMA is one of the world’s leading agriculture crop protection companies and we are looking to recruit a highly skilled candidate to join our team as Corporate Development and M&A Analyst.
This role is based in ADAMA’s global headquarters in Airport City, Israel and is a unique opportunity to be part of our Corporate Development team, serving the growth strategy of a company with more than $4bn in sales across more than 100 countries.
As an Analyst on our team, you will play an important role in challenging international M&A processes. The work will involve intensive, cross-functional collaboration with internal colleagues around the world, including senior management, commercial and operational leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Participate fully in all aspects of M&A transaction execution, including initial reviews, biddings, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation support, legal reviews, etc.
- Create detailed financial valuation models, perform in-depth financial analysis, build business cases and scenario analysis etc.
- Prepare presentations for executive decision-making forums and formal approvals
- Support pro-active searching for M&A targets aligned with ADAMA's growth strategy
- Support the company’s post-merger integration (PMI) activities
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance / Economics / Management / Accounting
- Advantage for candidates with MBA or Law degree
- Collaborative team player, eager to learn with a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Excellent Excel skills including financial valuation modeling
- High level PowerPoint skills, including the ability to summarize complex information and build and present the deal "story"
- English (verbal and written) at excellent / mother tongue level (work is performed primarily in English)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in global financial advisory companies, investment banking, consulting, or similar organizations
