ADAMA is one of the world’s leading crop protection companies and we have a fantastic career opportunity for a creative and driven change agent to join our global People organization as Global Talent Acquisition Leader.

Purpose:  The Global Talent Acquisition Leader will be responsible to build global organizational capability in the recruitment function.  This will include designing and implementing tools, processes and procedures that will significantly enhance the candidate experience.  The broad scope of this role will cover ADAMA's approach to managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job design, candidate search and filtering, assessment and selection, and through to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

Build Organization Capability

  • Build talent acquisition processes, templates, tools, and measurement processes
  • Develop training materials and deliver training to ADAMA's People community and hiring managers
  • Design tools and processes to assess recruitment from qualitative and quantitative perspectives
  • Design, implement and manage global exit interview process to support continuous process improvement
  • Develop global employee referral program, and implement locally around the world
  • Train People Community and Hiring Managers on how to "sell" ADAMA to prospective candidates
  • Develop tools and process to support Candidate Assessment and Selection


Lead Talent Acquisition In The Market

  • Lead the implementation of the Employer Value Proposition, building, maintaining and strengthening employer brand awareness
  • Build social media recruitment assets (LinkedIn, ADAMA career site, etc.) and templates for countries and units that support our employer brand and will include, job description templates, job ads, etc.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, that embrace social networking, leverage global tools and technologies
  • Broaden sourcing channels and create plug-and-play market solutions to increase the speed and effectiveness of recruitment processes
  • Reinforce internal mobility policy, finding opportunities to leverage its use and make sure it is being properly implemented
  • Be the Go-To Expert to advise the business on recruitment methodology
  • Define academic university outreach plan and tactics for relevant departments

Skills Required:

  • Strong skill in building and delivering presentations to change behavior
  • Excellent working knowledge with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Strong familiarity and usage with social media platforms
  • Expert level usage of LinkedIn Recruitment platform
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing
  • Comfortable to work with and train managers and be a change agent

  • 10 years of experience in a combination of Organization Development and/or  Recruitment in a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience with senior level recruitment a plus
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs

Other requirments:

  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and well versed in various sourcing methodologies and talent strategy development
  • Able to create and implement attraction campaigns, launch recruitment projects and manage internal and external talent pipelines
  • Data savvy, comfortable delivering regular reports to senior stakeholders and driving operational excellence using metrics
  • Deals effectively with ambiguity and a matrixed environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
