Guided by the values of the company, The US Head of Marketing & Product Strategy is responsible for leading and developing strategies for US Ag in the areas of portfolio management, product development, market development, market intelligence and communication. 


This position will play an influential role in driving competitive "Go to Market" strategies by ensuring that customer needs are understood and reflected in all plans/activities. 

 

The position reports to the Head of US Ag. The location of the position is Raleigh, NC.

Fundamental Areas of Focus:

  • Leads the portfolio management and development.
  • Guides the US Marketing efforts in improving the “Go To Market” approach.
  • Ensures successful launches of new products (pre-launch activities, pricing, positioning, etc.) on time and delivers as per the work plan.
  • Create compiling value propositions through customized product positioning with strategic accounts
  • Use Market Development Team to glean market insights for product ideation & positioning which we address market needs.
  • Utilize development team to create data to support features & benefits of new launches.
  • Builds a sustainable and profitable portfolio, to maximize ADAMA value in target crops and geographies and achieve aspiration plan for potential strategic market segments.
  • Leads and manages the annual Work Plan and 5 Year Plan in Marketing.  Specifically, to project long term portfolio impact of products at risk and new product introductions, as well as building a sustainable portfolio to increase market share.

Requirements

  • Relevant Academic degree (Agronomy or Business).
  • MBA – Preferred.
  • At least 15 years of industry experience in relevant roles and multiple disciplines.
